Essential Reading: the Waki Report PDF Print E-mail
Written by Updates

Today's papers have surveys out on the public perceptions on whether or not the Waki Report ought to be implemented and by whom.

At the referendum three years ago some suggested that the fact that a senior politician had read the proposed Waki Draft and found it unworthy, was sufficient cause for the good mwananchi to respond to the then government's offer in similar fashion.

That may be sufficient for the mwananchi, but if we are to be the more engaged and informed wenyenchi, such ought to be personal and informed decisions. So go ahead, spoil yourself. Here is the Waki report rendered in Scribd, just so you can jump to the page you need, or search out a specific phrase or name, you don't need to download it, or read through the whole document either, you can search out specific contentious items and just see what all the fuss is about.

link here for download, if preferred.
