My proposition
written by Wuod Aketch , February 08, 2008
Treasury has asked companies and members of the public to submit proposals for the making of the national budget in June.

My proposition for the above is a budget for tarmacked roads, roads, roads and roads again to every corner of this country.
How to partly finance this:
1. Decrease the MPs and Kibaki's salaries.
2. Cut electricity and telephone from state house. The occupants do not need such commodities.
"The deficit in the current account widened from $428 million in the
year to October 2006, to $1,117 million in the year to October 2007
due to an increase in the trade deficit," the bank's monthly
bulletin said. The trade deficit widened by 27 per cent to Sh619
billion ($8,852 million) in the year to October 2007, following
bigger merchandise imports.
