The president will have no Cabinet( if he wins), he lost this election primarily for refusing to listen to reason.

Abdikadir Hajj Hussein-Mandera
written by Abdi , December 28, 2007
Mandera central voted in Abdikadir Hajj Hussein of Safina, sending ODM's Billow Kerrow home.

However, Raila leads in the presidential race. I think people wanted to have a say in the direct ODM nominations for Mr. Kerrow.

May be in future, parties need to have competitive nominations at the grassroots.

Ngilu and Raila have just been made official. Now I have been looking around on the net, and I saw these results some of which conflict with what has been reported here. Let's see if readers can correct us. I have added a little information where I could

Matuga - Chirau Mwakere 39%, Hassan Mwanyoha 31%

Kiharu - stockbroker Ngenye Kariuki over Kembi Gitura
Juja - George CityHoppa Thuo 50%, William Kabogo 23%
Kiambaa - Stanley Githunguri - 79%, Njenga Karume 21%
Eldama Ravine - Moses Lessonet leading over Jonathan Moi

Kamanda
written by Annette Keino , December 28, 2007
Kamanda is said to be complaining bitterly about something or the other. I have not yet heard any announcements on Starehe though.

Meanwhile Check this link from Reuters, they have both the official and unofficial numbers.

By 8.45 p.m. (12:45 p.m. EST), the Electoral Commission of Kenya (ECK) had released results from 46 of the country's 210 constituencies, with Odinga leading by 1,143,353 votes to 831,458 for Kibaki.
Three local TV stations aired unofficial, partial results showing Odinga holding a commanding lead. KTN had him on 3.3 million votes versus Kibaki's 2.5 million. That represented more than half the 8-10 million ballots thought to have been cast.

I hear there were reports of irregularities at Kenya Science which is what led to the suspension of the Dagoretti vote. But it seems Beth Mugo had that one?

Can anyone confirm Danson Mungatana, I thought Garsen counting had also been stopped?

This could be a potentially important topic. It is with this parliament that the acting president will have to work together. It is parliament which will make laws and will restrain his powers.

Let us not focus too much on two disgraced liidaahs, but rather on those women (altogether 15) and men (far more) whom Kenyans have newly elected into Bunge. They show the general desire for change also with those, who voted the PNU candidate in the presidential elections.
