Should I be mad?

I saw the cartoon. The chimp is shot by one cop, and the other says they'll find another chimp to sign the stimulus bill. I didn't laugh. I just went on with my life.

Big mistake. Apparently I didn’t get it. Every news source yelled at me and called me a monkey for not getting it. That I got. A monkey is less intelligent than a human, so by calling me a monkey, the media let me know I was lacking in intelligence.

Now that we understand each other, the media let me know that monkey is a derogatory term for black people, and the chimp is a big monkey, therefore a big black man, and the big black man is a black man in authority, the big black man in authority is President Obama, and the cartoonist wanted Obama dead so that someone else could become president, someone else being the Vice President, and Biden is white, so the cartoonist was racist and inspiring acts of violence against black people, adding we've come too goddamned far for such blatant racism to still be prevalent. That was all on one one-hour newscast. 23 more acts of audio-visual violence would follow. This I had to endure for 7 days.  And yet they still continue yelling at me.

Well, since they put it like that, I am furious. Death to the cartoonist! Not for being racist, but for not being funny. To me, it was about politicians being as dumb as chimps. End of story. With newspaper companies abandoning ship every day due to diminishing readership, having your cartoonist come up with another lame joke about politicians being dumb is really a way of daring the loyal few, who still insist on the tradition of holding sheets of paper and getting lost in the contents, to hang around as the papers take in water and descend to the depths of the ocean. But humor is subjective, so don't kill him, just cut off one of his nuts. Then, and only then, will he make me laugh.

What the media fails to address is the fact that the word Obama is very offensive. Where I come from, it's extremely derogatory against retarded midgets, and to have it said over and over, day in and day out is very insensitive and shows a lack of responsibility. To think of all the retarded midgets who feel slighted every time Obama is said on the telly without the slightest care in the world just crashes my heart into a tiny lump for these adorable little retarded dwarves. Don't even get me started on what Barrack means.
